Booking Poilcy -

• Cancel 48 hours before you will be charged 50% of your appointment
• Cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 100% of the appointment - Paid via BACS or card capture, in the salon or added to your next appointment 

 We do understand that things do come up but we are a small salon and cant always get the appointments filled, this is to cover the time you held for the appointment - If we can get the appointment filled there is no charge
